Important Information

As we are limited to 20 people attending the Mass at any one time (excluding the Priest, Readers, EMHC and others who are required to conduct or broadcast our Services) we are asking if you could please ring or email the Parish Office with the weekday Mass you wish to attend. (Please give two options) We will confirm which preference is available. A roster will be prepared and names will be entered in the order we receive them. If you miss out this week, you will be put on next weeks roster. Hopefully everyone will understand that this is an impossible situation to be in and we will be trying our very best to accommodate you. Father and the PPC brainstormed various scenarios and this was thought to be a good solution which would save us turning people away at the door. There are however some other things to remember:

  1. Hand Sanitiser (available in the Church) to be used when entering the side door.

  2. Temperatures will be taken for your reassurance.

  3. Pews are marked with designated coloured cards for the various Masses to allow social distancing to take place. (There on the ledge where you place your purse/keys. Try not to touch for cleaning concerns)

  4. Sign of Peace (A simple bow and a big smile—no handshaking)

  5. Communion - Please receive this in the hand.

  6. Cleaning - Two people are asked to stay behind to help clean and disinfect the church in readiness for the next Mass.

  7. To help maintain hygienic surfaces, NO ONE must enter the church out of designated Mass and Devotion times. Please see Fr Jaybee or ring Parish Office for all other entry purposes.
