A Reader’s and Commentator’s Workshop will be held in Our Lady of the Bay Church after the 9am Sunday Mass (12/9). If Reader’s missed coming to the workshop held earlier in the year, they are urged to come/stay. It is designed both for the formation of those wishing to become a lector at our Parish Masses; and to develop the skills of even those who may have proclaimed the Word of God for years. Understanding the elements of liturgical proclamation is essential to the effective proclamation of the Word of the Lord. Come and learn what helps make an effective proclamation and even what makes a proclamation ineffective.
