Death
Margaret Logue passed away last Saturday. Her funeral service will take place at Bantry Chapel this Thursday at 2.30pm. Terry McGregor also died last Saturday. A service will be held for him at a later date (when his brother arrives). Our thoughts are with the families and we pray that their Souls and the Souls of all the Faithful departed, rest in the peace of Christ. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace."

18 January 2026 SUNDAY
This Sunday, our parish community joyfully celebrates the Rite of Acceptance into the Order of Catechumens (those not baptised ) and the Rite of Welcoming for candidates (those who have been baptised) who are preparing to be received into full communion with the Catholic Church. These rites are moments of grace, where the Church embraces and supports those who are responding to God’s call. As a parish family, let us surround them with our prayers, encouragement, and example
