Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi(The year of St. Francis)
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace: where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love. REFLECTIONS
Covenant relationship with God is at the core of our readings today. All three readings display a stretching understanding of who is included in covenantal relationship with God and who is not. Isaiah prophesied that the Lord would gather to himself anyone who maintains justice, who does what is right, and who observes the Lord’s ordinances, whether they are part of Israel or not. In writing to the Romans, Paul recognises that his own mission to the Gentiles is for God’s purp

Please Observe Silence
Respecful Preparation: Arriving early and remaining quiet before the mass starts allows everyone to transit from the noise of daily life into an encounter with God. Shared silence unites the congregation in a collective pause, preventing the church from becoming a social hall or distracting environment. Let us observe silence and spend time in prayer preparation as we celebrate the Holy Mass.
Safeguarding Commitment
We hold zero-tolerance to all forms of abuse to ensure the safety and protection of children and vulnerable people. Grounded in our faith, we are committed to safeguarding everyone involved in our activities, ministries and services, and to upholding the highest moral, legal and ethical standard in creating a community where harm is neither ignored nor tolerated ~ The Most Reverend George Kolodziej SDS DD~Bishop of Bunbury
SAFEGUARDING PRAYER
Gracious God Help us to learn from Jesus. How to love, nurture and keep our children and vulnerable adults safe in a welcoming and empowering environment. Help us to seek healing for those who have been harmed and pray for justice for all. Keep us active in your service to safeguard our children and vulnerable brothers and sisters in communities that are connected in faith. St Joseph, Protector of the Church, Pray for us Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us Amen
