At this Sunday’s 9.00am Mass, we welcome the children from our Parish who will be making their commitment to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation later this month. We invite them to attend Mass every weekend through their Sacramental Program, so they may be strengthened by the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the Eucharist and strengthened by the Word of the Lord, which reveals how very much they are loved by him. We welcome their families, sponsors and friends and invite you to keep them in your prayers as they help these young people take this major step in their faith lives. Through Confirmation, the Holy Spirit will give the children and increased ability to practice their Catholic faith in every aspect of their lives and to witness Christ in every situation.
