To celebrate the seasons of Advent and Christmas, Melbourne Archdiocese is hosting a televised Jesus is Christmas carols special this Sunday, 20 December, at 7pm (their time) on Melbourne community channel C31 (channel 44 on digital TV) and streamed online via the archdiocesan YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/archmelb). The TV special is a chance for us to gather, from the comfort of our homes, and listen to the familiar and joyous sounds of Christmas. It’s a reminder that despite the challenges we’ve all faced this year, we are a people of hope. And that hope has a name: Jesus. “Jesus is Christmas — then, now, always.” Melbourne Catholic.
