VOCATIONS AWARENESS WEEK

3-10 AUGUST Encourages young people to explore the many ways they can serve the Church and the world through their vocation. It fosters a culture of discernment and openness to God’s plan in their lives, whether it be through priesthood, religious life, marriage, or single blessedness. Pope Leo XIV reminds us that vocations remain a gift rooted in hope and friendship with Christ. He adds that friendship with Christ must be the spiritual foundation of any vocation. Pope Francis wrote, “God calls you to make definitive choices, and He has a plan for each of you: to discover that plan and to respond to your vocation is to move toward personal fulfilment”.
