2026 Kirup Camino

Registrations for the 2026 Kirup Camino are now open. Held on the 1st of October each year to launch World Mission Month, the Kirup Camino also celebrates the feast day of St Therese of the Child Jesus, patron saint of the missions. The 16km pilgrimage commences with a pilgrims’ blessing at the Church of St Therese, in Balingup, and finishes with a pilgrims’ mass, presided by the Most Reverend George Kolodziej SDS, Bishop of Bunbury, at the Holy Family Church in Kirup.

This year, the Church celebrates 100 years of World Mission Sunday, established by Pope Pius 11th in 1926. We invite you to celebrate a century of prayer, generosity, and shared mission, by joining the Kirup Camino on Thursday 1 October 2026.
