‘BELIEVE IN THE WHISPERINGS OF GOD TO YOUR OWN HEART’

The church declared St. Mary of the Cross, a saint in October 2010 and her feast day is celebrated on the anniversary of her death on August 8, 1909 . She was committed to helping the poor and would help those in need whenever she could. As First Mother Superior of the Sisters of St. Joseph, MacKillop was devoted to teaching and charity. We will be having morning tea in the Ned Kenny Centre following Tuesday’s Mass (9/8/2022) in celebration for her. (Bring a plate to share) ‘I want with all my heart to be what God wants me to be’.
