When you step out of your world to help someone in theirs, something magical happens: you start to see the abundance in your own life. This isn’t about comparing struggles; it’s about recognising the gifts you have and understanding how you can share them with others. This process naturally leads to a stronger feeling of gratitude.
Gratitude emerges when you:
Witness the immediate impact of your help on someone else.
Reflect on your ability to contribute positively to someone’s life.
Realise the interconnectedness of our experiences and the power of giving. (Source: upjourney.com)
Perhaps you might consider helping those in our Community who are in need. It’s as easy as purchasing a couple of non-perishable items for both St. Vincent de Paul (baskets are in the church) and ourCommunity Food Pantry (situated between the parish office and garages). (You can also make a donation to St Vincent de Paul via the envelopes in the church foyer. They’ll do the shopping for you.)
