The generosity of the parishioners of Busselton in supporting the 2024 Catholic Mission Parish Appeal has resulted in $1600 being donated to the Church in Mongolia. During World Mission Month last October, Pope Francis called us to “invite others to the banquet”, and Busselton’s parishioners have truly shared the warmth of God’s love with our brothers and sisters who need it most in Mongolia. Already these donations are working towards programs like the House of Mercy, which will support people that have been affected by a range of issues such as homelessness and domestic violence, and the abandoned children who are supported at the Don Bosco Caring Centre. Catholic Mission thanks every person whoendeavours to ‘reach out and give life’ (John 10:10), whether it be through prayer, a one-off gift or through becoming a Mission Partner.
