Thank you for being the heart of our Parish Office for so many years. Your patience, wisdom and unwavering dedication have touched us all. We are so grateful for your office ministry. Thank you for your faithful service to our Lord and our parish family. Indeed, it is a great witness of your love for God and this parish community. The strength and grace you brought to your role made our parish a true home for so many. On behalf of the Parish, we all wish you a retirement filled with joy, rest and everything that brings you happiness. May this new season be a wonderful adventure, full of time for
family, friends and new passions. May God bless you abundantly in your retirement. You will be deeply missed. On the 15 February, Sunday at Our Lady of the Bay church, there will be a morning tea after Mass. It is our opportunity to thank Trish as our Parish Secretary for 24 years. Please bring a plate to share.
INTERIM PERIOD: In this transitory time, we are grateful to NOLA DELPH and PETA SOMMA to take the tasks and share the load of the parish office. In this time of change, we seek your understanding and patience until we are able to permanently fill in the office secretary position. The office will be open from 9.30am-12.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday during this transition time.
POSITION VACANT:
St Joseph’s Parish, Busselton is seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Part-Time Parish Secretary to support the pastoral and administrative life of our parish community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and is committed to supporting the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
Position Details:
Position: Parish Secretary (Part-Time)
Location: St Joseph’s Parish, Busselton
Hours: Part-time (23 hours negotiable)
Commencement: By negotiation
