SCAM WARNING FROM THE BISHOP

Dear Parishioners Parishioners in some parishes in the Diocese have been scammed, or suffered an attempt at being scammed, over recent weeks. This notice is a warning. The scam is to receive an email or text supposedly from a priest known to them, such as the present or past Parish Priest, claiming an urgent need and asking for significant amounts of money in the form of gift cards.
