A story I read this week on prayer ended with, “But Jason changed too – not because everything turned out perfect, but because he stayed in the conversation with God. He learned that prayer isn’t magic. It’s relationship. It’s trust. And it’s movement – from the heart to the world.” We can show our love (God’s love) for our neighbours by contributing food items to St Vincent de Paul (baskets are in both churches). Donations are also welcome via the envelopes in the church foyer. These can be handed to Peter Etherington (Treasurer) or Maria Parkinson (President) or slipped in to the collection baskets during Mass. Food items for the Community Pantry (unpowered fridge between Parish Office and Garage) are also welcome.
