October is World Mission Month, a time for Catholics around the world to unite in prayer, faith and generosity in support of mission. This year marks 100 years of World Mission Sunday, celebrated on Sunday, 18 October.
The 2026 theme is “One in Christ, united in mission”, inviting us to walk together in faith and bring hope, compassion and the Good News to others. World Mission Sunday – 18 October 2026
